Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the following situations: products and/or services contained in or linked to third-party products and/or services provided in our products and/or services (including any third-party client applications, websites, and/or other products and/or services). FasyChat/STARMOON PTE.LTD. ("we" or "our") attaches great importance to user privacy and personal information protection. When you use our products and/or services, we may collect and use your relevant information. Through this Privacy Policy, we would like to explain to you how we collect, use, store, share, and transfer this information when you use our products and/or services, as well as the methods we provide for you to access, update, delete, and protect this information. When you use our products and/or services, you may provide information in conversations with AI characters. We only process this information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy, such as allowing you to have personalized and secure conversations and interactions with AI characters, and allowing your AI characters to learn from your interactions to improve your conversations. We may also use information about your visits to our website to promote our services, but we will never use your FasyChat conversation content for marketing or advertising purposes or disclose it. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not access or use this product and/or services.

 

You agree that in order to comply with relevant laws and regulations and to achieve the functionality and service requirements of the product, we will process your relevant personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, this does not mean that as soon as you start using our products and/or services, we will process all personal information mentioned in this Privacy Policy.   1. How we collect and use your personal information

1.1 The scope of personal information we collect depends on the FasyChat features you use and how you use them. Our products and/or services include several core functions that encompass the necessary functionalities for conducting online chat conversations, enhancing our products and/or services, and ensuring transaction security. We may only be able to achieve these functionalities by collecting, storing, and using information related to you. If you do not provide the relevant information, you may not be able to enjoy the products and/or services we provide. We may collect the following information from you:

1.1.1 Information you directly provide to us

By using our services, you may provide us with the following information:

  1. Account information. Your username, password, and information disclosed in your user profile. If you choose to register or log in to our service using a social media account on a corresponding network (such as Facebook, Google), we need to collect your unique identifier Open ID, location, and commonly used personal device. By logging in through a third-party service account, you agree that the third party provides us with relevant personal information. Connecting your account to a third-party account is entirely optional, and when you attempt to connect, you can choose whether to grant permission. We may retain information we previously collected from you. If you refuse to provide such personal information, you will not be able to complete the registration process and therefore cannot use our service.
  2. Proof of your identity or age. Sometimes we may require you to provide proof of identity or age to use certain features. For example, when you log in, we may ask you to register your age so that we can determine if you are suitable to experience/use our application.
  3. Information and content. We process the content you upload or generate in our products/services, including audio and video files, comments, feedback, ratings, and related metadata such as the creation time, location, and creator of the content.

Any information you provide when communicating with our support team, seeking our technical and/or customer service support, and/or exercising any legitimate rights as a data subject.   7. If you choose to participate in our surveys or activities, we may ask you to provide information such as your address, phone number, email address, etc., to verify your identity and enable you to participate in the activity and receive any prizes you may be eligible for.
  8. If you provide us with personal information related to third parties, including but not limited to third-party voices and personal images, by submitting such information to us, you indicate that you have obtained the consent of the third party in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations to provide us with such third-party personal information for the respective purposes.

1.1.2 Personal Information Provided or Generated by You in the Use of the Services

We will automatically record the following information regarding you, your computer or mobile device, your network, and your long-term interaction with our services and communication with us during the use of the services:

  1. Device and network data. This includes general location information such as the operating system, manufacturer and model of your computer or mobile device, browser, IP address, device and cookie identifiers, language settings, mobile device carrier, and country or region. We and our third-party suppliers (including advertising networks and analytics companies such as Google Analytics) may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about the computer or device (including mobile devices) you use to access the service. As described below, we may collect and analyze information including, but not limited to: (i) browser type; (ii) ISP or operating system; (iii) domain name; (iv) access time; (v) referring/exit pages; (vi) page views; (vii) IP address; (viii) unique device identifiers (such as IDFA or Android ID); (ix) the version of the service you use; and (x) the type of device you use.
  2. Usage data. This includes information about how you use the services, such as your interactions with the services, links and buttons clicked, and page visits.

Our advertising partners may also use such technologies to collect limited information about your device and interactions with the services, such as links clicked, pages visited, IP address, advertising ID, and browser type. However, they will never have access to your conversations with FasyChat or any photos or other content submitted by you through the application.

  1. Social networks and interactions. In order to provide you with a better social networking experience and increase the visibility of your user-generated content, we may ask for your permission to access your device's address book when you log in, so that we can find friends for you within the FasyChat community. You can refuse to grant us this access without affecting your use of other features of FasyChat. We may also recommend users you may be interested in following based on data analysis, which you can refuse or disable.
  2. Chats and messages. When you use the instant messaging chat function, we may collect your text chat data and/or voice chat data, depending on the specific method you use. Please rest assured that your chat data is encrypted and we only process it for security purposes, such as automatically filtering illegal information related to pornography, violence, or fraud.
  3. Communication information. If you communicate with us through other means, we may collect your name, contact information, and the content of any messages you send.
  4. Payments and transactions. We may provide you with recharge or payment functions. When you initiate a payment request using our recharge or payment functions, we need to collect information such as your user ID, country/region, payment currency, payment amount, payment time, payment method, and order number, in order to complete the payment and transaction process through application programming interfaces (APIs) supported by third-party payment service providers. Our third-party payment processor will collect your payment information. We will retain your purchase records, the features you choose, and the rewards you obtain and use. As credit card settlements are handled by appropriate third-party payment institutions, we do not retain your credit card number or security code. To prevent money laundering and related illegal activities, when you withdraw virtual assets from FasyChat, we may ask you to provide government-issued identification documents to verify your identity in compliance with relevant legal obligations.
  5. Feedback and reports. When you use the feedback function in FasyChat, we need to collect feedback descriptions and screenshots. If you do not provide such information, we may not be able to help you resolve issues or respond to your feedback. Additionally, if you wish to make a report (e.g., when you discover any illegal content, illegal user activities, or infringement of your rights), we need to collect your report description, report type, and relevant chat records (if any) in order to understand the facts and assist you in resolving the issue.
  6. Improving user experience. In order to improve your user experience (e.g., making it easier for you to view information about your account, sending you push notifications, providing you with personalized content and services that you may be interested in), we may automatically collect information about your language settings, gender, clicks and interactions, program progress (including login status, interaction information/status, etc.), country/region, screen resolution, anonymous user identifiers, and analyze this data.
  7. Maintenance of stability and security. In order to maintain the stability and security of FasyChat and your account, we will automatically collect data related to the operation of the mobile application and your online activities when you use FasyChat, such as data related to your login status, clicks and interactions, user device data (such as IMEI and other device identifiers), operating system data, and network information (such as IP address).

Providing and maintaining the content and functionality of the services; fulfilling our obligations arising from contracts we have entered into with you; creating your account and profile; facilitating payments and transactions, including purchasing premium features and managing your virtual assets, rewards; responding to your inquiries, comments, feedback, or questions and resolving issues; managing our relationship with you, including sending you administrative information related to our services.

  1. Provision of Core Functions of the Application

Providing you with personalized AI characters and allowing you to personalize your profile, interests, and AI characters; enabling you to have personalized and secure conversations and interactions with AI characters and allowing your AI characters to learn from your interactions to improve your conversations.

  1. Monitoring and Protecting Services

Preventing fraud, criminal activities, and abuse of our services and ensuring the security of our IT systems, architecture, and networks (including testing, system maintenance, support, and data hosting).

  1. Analysis of ServicesUsage Trends

Aggregating, anonymizing, and de-identifying personal information. Analyzing the usage and effectiveness of our services. Improving and enhancing the functionality of our services. Developing our business and marketing strategies.

  1. Marketing and Promotional Services

Sending you information via email that we believe you may be interested in, such as information about our services, functions, and surveys.

We may use the contact information you provide (such as email address) for user surveys or to send you information about products and services that may be of interest to you. In cases where applicable laws and regulations require, we will seek your consent before sending you marketing information. These technologies help us identify you, customize or personalize your experience, provide you with additional products or services, and analyze the usage of our services to make them more useful to you. These technologies may also allow us to collect demographic and statistical data and provide this information to our service providers to assist them in providing services.

2.3. Generally, cookies do not contain any information that directly identifies you. However, they can provide you with a more personalized user experience. If you do not accept these cookies, you may not be able to use all the features of FasyChat. 3.1. Sharing

Minors or children are not allowed to create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. 6.3. FasyChat protects the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

For the collection of personal information of minors with the consent of parents, we will only use or disclose such information when permitted by law, with explicit consent from parents or guardians, or when it is necessary to protect the minors.

If we find that we have collected personal information of minors without verifiable parental consent, we will make efforts to delete the relevant data as soon as possible and terminate the user account. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor, please ensure that you have read this Privacy Policy and take responsibility for your child's activities before allowing your child to create a FasyChat account and use the application. We recommend that you closely monitor your child's use of FasyChat and ensure that your child only uses features appropriate for their age.

 

  1. How Your Personal Information Is Transferred Globally

We deploy local servers in multiple countries around the world. For the purposes of global operations and security management, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions where our affiliated companies are located. These jurisdictions may be different from the jurisdiction you are in and may not provide the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. In such cases, we will take necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the security of your personal information during the transmission process, and we will require the recipients of your personal information to provide sufficient protection and security in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

The language of arbitration shall be Simplified Chinese/Mandarin.
